A Pretty Nice Little Saturday...

Today Matt and I ran about a million errands, but my favorite thing about Saturdays, especially in the spring and summer, is we get to cookout! We found some trout at Sam's that looked great (and we had never cooked trout before), so I doctored it up and threw it on the grill ::

A lime, a lemon, some garlic and green onion, and salt and pepper (and a bit of spray olive oil...the greatest kitchen invention ever)


Finished product...I know I should have taken it out of the cage, but I was a bit anxious to eat it! It was really good!! Kind of like salmon, but a bit lighter...
