I've never made a New Year's Resolution...until this year. I quit drinking pop, and have successfully not had one since 12.31.09 - GO ME! Now, since that worked out so well, I'm going to make some resolutions today that I'll fulfill for the rest of the year. My thought is, if it is written (and posted to Facebook), then I have to do it. So, here is my to-do list for the remainder of 2010. Enjoy!
1. RUN a 5k (and when I say run, I mean I hope I run, but I'm OK with walking part of it too). This 5k is extra special because I'll be running it with some of our closest friends, and it benefits the Colton Sherrill Memorial Fund - check it out (or better yet, sign up or give) here and here.
2. READ 1 book a week (at least). Reading is my de-stresser, and I have been neglecting it for too long.
3. EXERCISE - 30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week.
4. SNAP more pictures. This will be super hard. I can never remember to take pictures. Ever.
5. SAVE $1,000. And then don't spend once I reach that goal.
There is actually a laundry list of other things that I want to do - but I think 5 is good for today. Wish me luck!
