SOONER FOOTBALL IN OKLAHOMA!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!  I know that some people just don't get it.  I had someone ask me "So, you just sit in a parking lot and..." and my jaw hit the floor.  How do you not know what to do at a tailgate???  But, I digress.  6 days from now, I'll be sitting in our usual tailgate spot, eating pulled pork that Matt has smoked all day, watching football from my OU camping chair, visiting with friends and family, and having a good ol' time.  I CAN'T WAIT!

So, in preparation for this monumental event, Matt and I went shopping.  I mean like go to Sam's, spend your entire garage sale earnings, fill up the freezer/fridge/pantry shopping:

1 case of water

300 cups

2 jumbo packs of hot dog buns

3 jumbo packs of hamburger buns

28 brats

48 hot dogs

2 giant pork tenderloins (Game 1 - pulled pork sandwiches)

4 packages of pork ribs (Game 2 - ribs)

6 lbs of chicken (Game 3 - fajitas)

And this doesn't even show the condiments, sides, etc.!  I am soooooooo excited for this weekend!  Hope everyone has a wonderful kick-off and a safe Labor Day!!
