Otherwise known as cornish game hens, but tiny chickens is way more fun to say :)
So, I haven't cooked anything interesting for a while, and I forgot I had these little guys in my freezer (and I have some seriously strong feelings about raw chicken, let alone raw chicken on the bone), but thought I would give these a go for our lazy Saturday dinner.
So, the recipe is here, but the basic idea is wine, olive oil, onions, garlic, pepper, celery salt, chili paste, chickens. Marinade for 4 hours (see below for icky raw chickens)
Then grill until cooked and looking nice and tan like this....

So what to eat with this? Quarter some red potatoes, then wrap in foil with butter/margarine, onion, and garlic salt.
So heat all these on the grill and voila! Easy peasy dinner :) Happy eating!
